These Terms govern your use of the LaneLoop platform.

Platform

LaneLoop provides a marketplace that helps families find independent swim instructors and helps instructors manage lesson scheduling. LaneLoop is not the provider of swim lessons.

Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate information and keeping account credentials secure.

Instructor Responsibilities

• Provide accurate availability and profile information.
• Comply with applicable laws and safety requirements.
• Communicate professionally with families.

Parent Responsibilities

• Provide accurate booking information.
• Arrive on time and follow instructor policies.

Payments

Instructor subscriptions are processed through Stripe. Promotional discounts are subject to Stripe's redemption rules. Subscription fees and renewal terms are presented during checkout.

Independent Contractors

Instructors are independent businesses and are not employees, agents, or representatives of LaneLoop.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaneLoop is not responsible for injuries, disputes, lesson quality, or other matters arising from lessons arranged through the platform.

Termination

LaneLoop may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

Changes

LaneLoop may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
