This Privacy Policy explains how LaneLoop collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the LaneLoop platform.

Information We Collect

• Instructor account information such as name, email address, password, pool name, profile photo, lesson preferences, and time zone.
• Parent booking information including name, email, phone number, child name, requested lesson information, and optional notes.
• Subscription identifiers supplied by Stripe such as customer and subscription IDs. LaneLoop does not store full payment card numbers.
• Technical information needed to operate the platform.

How We Use Information

• Create and manage accounts.
• Schedule and manage lessons.
• Send booking confirmations, cancellations, and account emails.
• Process subscriptions through Stripe.
• Improve, maintain, and secure the platform.

Sharing

Information is shared only as needed with service providers such as Stripe for subscription processing and email delivery providers for transactional emails. LaneLoop does not sell personal information.

Data Retention

LaneLoop may retain account information as reasonably necessary to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce agreements. Deleted accounts may be retained in a deactivated state rather than immediately removed.

Security

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect information, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Children

Parents or guardians are responsible for providing information relating to children for lesson bookings.

You may request updates or deletion of your account information by contacting LaneLoop.
